Seats up to 80 guests comfortably. Includes a beautiful mature tree in the middle with string lighting, heaters (on one half) and a fireplace.

The Attic
Seats up to 65 guests (58 not including bar seating) indoors. The space comes with bathrooms, bar, stage, sound & light equipment, projector & screen, dance floor, and a full pizza/pasta kitchen. Can be combined with outdoor terrace to accommodate up to 30 additional guests in the summer months.

The Upper Terrace
Seats up to 34 guests. Inquire about booking your group for this space. Semi-private option only.

The minimum spend is the agreed-upon dollar amount required to book the space, and includes food & beverage up to that dollar amount. If the minimum spend is not reached on food/ beverage purchases throughout the event, the difference will be charged as a venue booking fee.Gift cards cannot be purchased to make up the difference on a minimum spend.

There is an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final bill for all groups of 6 and more. Gratuities do not contribute towards any applicable minimum spends.

Groups of 50 or more may be subject to rental charges (tables, linens, etc.) based on their individual event needs, which will be added to the final bill. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own rental equipment ( ie. table cloths, decorations ) for event purposes, but must contact us prior to the event to discuss storage, set up, and teardown options. We are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any rental equipment or decor.

We require a 25% deposit to confirm all buy-outs. This deposit will be contributed to the final bill. Deposits are non-refundable with last minute cancellations of 2 weeks or less.
